Vanguard Gastroenterology is an 8,000 S.F. medical office fit-out located in Midtown and built during the challenges of the pandemic, for our client to move in prior to a previous lease expiring. Dealing with supply chain issues, we completed construction on time using ingenuity and working hand in hand with our client and design team. OTCA was the general contractor on the project and covered all trades. Highlights of this project include swing-down acoustic ceilings, refinished wood floors using the rubio monocoat system, specialty reception desk, exam room millwork and sinks, wood doors and new HVAC system.
