Main Sanctuary Restoration – Owner’s Representative Role
Oversaw the complete restoration of the Main Sanctuary and Chapel Space, including the Front Entrance and Lobby Areas. The restoration included “Tiffany” Stained glass windows, interior stone walls and marble columns cleaning and repair, ornamental metal and woodwork repairs and refinishing, installation of new lighting and security systems, upgrading HVAC systems, renovation of the bridal suite, new sidewalks/front entrance canopies, and lighting. All work was closely coordinated to provide minimum disruption to the facility’s operation.
Exterior Façade Restoration – Owner’s Representative Role
Temple Emanuel’s Façade restoration included all 5 buildings encompassing the campus. This historical renovation involved new windows, limestone, masonry, canopies, sidewalks, roofing, and parapet reconstruction. All work involved collaboration and approvals from the Landmark commission. Extensive coordination and scheduling with the various tenants allowed work to proceed efficiently and on -time.
