OTCA provided Construction Management services for the new Stack’s Bowers Rare Coin retail store located at 470 Park Avenue. The new 2,000-square-foot retail space fit-out includes a gallery and sales area, administrative offices, a conference room, and vault room. Existing HVAC systems were replaced to meet the cooling demands of the IT room while considering the selection and installation of security materials such as break-resistant glass and film, in-wall wire mesh, and steel-plated doors. The project was seen through in the midst of the pandemic within a reasonable timeframe.
