OTCA provided Construction Management services for the new 5,500 square foot fifth floor fit-out. This project involved providing pre-construction and value engineering services throughout the bid solicitation process in addition to coordinating new construction renovation work with the existing facilities entertainment schedule. Project included demolition of existing dormitories, new MEP systems, fire alarm system, custom lighting, all new carpentry drywall, specialty glass, acoustic wall panels, and various specialty finishes to accommodate the music studios and classrooms.
