This cafeteria renovation project was one of the many successful projects On-Trac completed for the UNFCU. The cafeteria was completely remodeled while remaining open to continue to serve building occupants. OTCA was able to overcome logistical and phasing obstacles in completing this project in a timely manner. Project scope included new curved drywall soffits, wave form accent walls, ceramic tile floors, glass wall tiles, all new kitchen and servery system, Ansul system, linear diffusers and new mechanical and electrical systems including pendent lighting.
